A post from editorsweblog.org details a project begun by Medill students (oh fellow faculty, another opportunity we missed) with cooperation from the Daily Herald set up blogs on the Daily Herald for several of their young staffers, like Lisa Balde’s Beep. The blogs worked to attract younger readers to the DH, so they have been incorporated into the paper.
