Big gaming interests are interested in micropayments for game add-ons. Currently most users buy through retail outlets. Why not let gamers get maps, new avatars, etc. while in-game with a micro-payment system?

When will content creators of narrative non-fiction kinds of content move this direction?

Note: BitPass has gone under , but I don’t think that means this won’t be an economic force in the future. The credit monsters, Visa & Mastercard are just waiting for micropayment volume to increase.
