Image via WikipediaTomorrow I’ll head out with Paul Rusesabagina and Ambassador Robert Kruger and our crew to the Peace Palace at the Hague in the morning. We are going to a conference on how to bring peace and sustainable development to the Great Lakes Region of Africa, which includes Rwanda, Burundi, Congo and Uganda. My part in this is setting up a live webcast, and I’m using Seero, which can geotag live webcasts. We aren’t going to be mobile, so the geotags aren’t quite as cool as when you driving in a car with GPS and doing a videocast, but the interesting challenge is thinking about how an audience that includes people in Africa, an international audience, and people in a diaspora around the world can be brought together with something like a live webcast. I can’t get too creative now about the writing, because I’m tired from the flight over here and a long layover in London.Related articles
