This is so interesting. I spent a couple weeks guest lecturing at DIT in Dublin in 2006, and was greeted with skepticism and thinly veiled hostility by some of the journalists I met there. Blogging, and its socially related cousin, networked or citizen journalism, just hadn’t caught. In 06, there were reporters and there were bloggers, and there was little communication between them. Times change.
