Out of Barcelona Mobile Show come more mobiles with built-in projectors.

Of course a mobile with a projector in it will become an essential for many people. For teachers, and students, for salesmen, for gamers, you can think of many more reasons that this device will be handy. Running off to present to the boss? Have your team preview and check your presentation. Can't agree who won the MVP for ….? Go to the web, and share the answer with your drinking pals on the wall behind you…I have been blogging about the mobile with projector from China for months. Now the rest of the world is picking up on this device. Still, we in the States must wait. Our Telecomm providers are holding us back. When will a smart competitor who realizes open is worth money, will come into the picture in the USA?

"At Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week, Samsung announced the first mobile phones with a projector built into it. The Samsung phones use a DLP imager from Texas Instruments. The high-end phones also feature an OLED touchscreen and a 5 megapixel camera. Initially, the I7410 and W7900 phones will only be available in Korea and Europe, but you can expect them to make their way to this country sooner or later."
