This is why copyright is so wrong today. I watched the Lessig piece, and it was brilliant. It was fact-based, interesting, and made something like copyright seem vital to those who care about intellectual and academic freedom. Now, because of a few seconds of music that he was using as any academic would, to illustrate a point, like a footnote, the whole audio stream is gone. The content conglomerates are using the legal system to produce a chilling effect on free speech.
