Don’t you just love lists? I do. As I review Time’s 50 best of 2010, here are some of my reactions:
1. Vimeo is a great video host.
2. My exercise coach just told me about Grooveshark, but I like Pandora, but not on the desktop — the mobile version.
3. I would like to like MOG but I just don’t have time
4. Etsy is cool. I use it to get my kids presents.
5. I don’t read Daily Beast, but I like to hear the weekly NPR chat with Tina Brown. I liked the Guardian, but don’t have enough direct need to pay for it. The Onion is a family fav. Too bad they didn’t include ChicagoTalks.
6. Yeah for groupon (from Chicago)
7. Tumblr – yes. Gowalla? Not so much.
8. I wish I had time for Livemocha, it looked good to me. It is sad the way none of academic colleagues seem to even know what MIT open courseware is… TED is okay.
