The journalist, as many of you may realize, does not have time to complete such a task.

I can’t believe that statement made it into print. I totally disagree. If the journalist isn’t thinking of the links and integrating the links with the writing, he or she isn’t writing for the Internet.

A person who can imagine writing or reporting at least for an online source without doing their own links is probably someone who no one reads.
