Charles Neeson, founder of the Berkman Center says “I’m opening it up, That’s what I founded the Berkman Center to fight for.” He wants the case against his posting of a webcast of a trial to proceed. Don’t you wonder what a court would believe should be hidden from the ears of the public via Internet, that is public record if you could be there in person?
