The corrections or actually adding context work for me, but what I’m totally interested in now is the site “newsgenius” which is part of rapgenius. And there is poetrygenius, too.

The idea is to take a web-based text (in the broadest sense) as a text might be lyrics to a rap song or a poem, as well as a news story. Then using the genius tool of your choice, you can annotate and add context to stories, from correcting bloviators to adding a link. The annotations show in popup windows, and there is a revision history sort of view to see who did what, when.

I’ll be doing some more looking into this tool.
