Etan Horowitz, mobile editor at CNN, says that while the hours between noon and 1pm on weekdays are traditionally peak traffic times for desktop audiences, when people at work are likely to be taking a lunch break, mobile traffic is generally much higher during evenings – between 8pm and 11pm – and weekends.
